Neuren Pharmaceuticals Limited (ASX:NEU) is an ASX-listed biopharmaceutical company, focusing on the development and commercialisation of novel treatments for neurological disorders. The company is making significant progress with its lead products, DAYBUE™ (trofinetide) and NNZ-2591.

In its financial year 2024 (FY24), NEU reported total revenue of AUD 213.2 million from customer contracts and AUD 11 million in interest income, with total comprehensive income rising 6% YoY to AUD 166.2 million. A key contributor in revenue was USD 56 million in royalties from DAYBUE™ sales in the US, reflecting a 110% YoY increase. Additionally, milestone income of AUD 80.5 million was earned in FY24, driven by the commercial performance of DAYBUE™. A reduction in income tax expense further bolstered profitability.
