In the financial year ended 30 June 2025 (FY25), the company reported a revenue of AUD 488.11 million, marking a 6.18% increase compared to AUD 459.70 million in FY24. This growth was primarily underpinned by an increase in active customers, expansion of platform-based sales, and improved performance in its marketplace and loyalty programs. Gross profit for the period rose to AUD 189.91 million, up 12.75% from AUD 168.44 million in the previous year, with the gross margin improving to 38.9% due to higher revenue and growth in the home & living, appliances, and consumer electronics categories. However, results from operating activities declined to a loss of AUD 30.68 million in FY25, compared to a profit of AUD 21.53 million in FY24.
Business Updates
On 19 September 2025, KGN declared a fully paid ordinary dividend of AUD 0.0700 per share. Eligible shareholders are those on the record date of 12 September 2025, with the ex-dividend date on 11 September 2025. Payments are scheduled for 28 November 2025
Business Outlook
The company is finalising its inventory optimisation, expected to be completed by the end of the first half of FY26. Due to this process, Mighty Ape’s adjusted EBITDA may be affected during 1HFY26 and is expected to return to positive in 2HFY26. The company will continue operations of its high-margin platform-based sales. The group’s adjusted EBITDA margin for FY26 is projected to be between 6% and 9%.
