As Senior Vice President, Regional Manager, Juliann will lead business development in the Alabama, Georgia and Mississippi markets, while overseeing growth initiatives in Florida.

Juliann has 25 years of experience in the real estate and financial services industry. Prior to joining TRG, she was in private practice, providing legal advisory services for real estate transactions. She has also served as underwriting counsel at various national title insurance companies.

She spent nearly a decade in Switzerland, where she held multiple positions in the international banking sector, including vice president for Credit Suisse AG, Zurich, Switzerland, where she was instrumental in providing guidance for lending, private banking and other financial solutions. Earlier in her career, she held the position of Senior Vice President, Eastern Regional Manager for Title Resources Group, overseeing legal, business and financial strategy for 14 states.

A Florida licensed attorney, Juliann holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida. She is the 2015 recipient of the University of Central Florida Professional Achievement Award and is an experienced speaker on the topics of legal, real estate and financial services.
