How Docusign CLM Connector works with Coupa Procurement teams can submit purchase requests in Coupa, which automatically generates contracts in Docusign CLM. The contracts are pre-populated with data from the Coupa requisition and ready for negotiation, approval, and signature. Coupa contracts can also be automatically created using data from CLM agreements. After completion, relevant agreement details and links to signed agreements are seamlessly passed back between Coupa and CLM, giving Procurement teams instant visibility and access to the agreed upon terms and obligations.
