Vection Technologies Ltd (ASX:VR1) (OTC:VCTNY) (FRA:S1X) announced the execution of an AUD 22.3 million multi-year master framework agreement with a repeat NATO-approved partner operating in the European defence sector. The deal, scalable up to AUD 29.5 million, extends Vection’s ongoing Defence Program to a total value of AUD 40 million.
Business Updates
The framework integrates secure ICT infrastructure with Vection’s own solutions to safeguard critical assets. With heightened geopolitical tensions, the customer is expanding capabilities for AI-powered monitoring and big-data analysis. Vection completed the solution stack during the pilot phase last financial year and is now accelerating supply in line with the partner’s multi-year programme running through 2030.
This contract builds on previous announcements made on 30 June, 15 July, and 29 July 2025. To date, AUD 17.7 million in contracts have been signed, with AUD 10.3 million already delivered. The new agreement adds a further AUD 22.3 million of revenue, with the possibility of extending to AUD 29.5 million.
Business Outlook
The framework provides structured order flow through 2030, securing visibility on scale and ongoing collaboration. It further improves Vection’s position within the European defence ecosystem and supports long-term deployment of its solutions under the NATO Tempest production chain.
Financial Performance
The Defence Program now carries an overall aggregate value of AUD 40.0 million, with an extension limit of up to AUD 47.2 million, subject to final contract award. Orders and revenue recognition will be aligned to the partner’s quota orders and actual deliveries, under a multi-year deployment plan of Vection solutions.
