Elsight Limited (ASX:ELS), a connectivity solutions provider for unmanned systems, has announced a new US$5.35 million (A$8.2 million) contract with an existing European defence OEM. The order for additional Halo units will be delivered within calendar year 2025 (CY2025).

New Contract and Order Growth

The September contract builds on Elsight’s long-term relationship with its European defence OEM customer. The agreement includes upfront payments to support working capital, with the balance payable upon delivery. With this latest order, Elsight’s CY2025 contracted orders reach US$23.3 million (A$35.6 million), representing an increase of more than 1,000% compared to the total orders recorded across CY2024.

The September contract also marks progress in converting Elsight’s US$151 million pipeline of realisable opportunities, targeted for the next 18 to 24 months. Discussions are underway with multiple partners regarding procurement volumes for CY2026.

Revenue Update and Operational Throughput

Product delivery volumes in July and August 2025 surpassed the total deliveries for the first half of the year. As a result, Elsight’s CY2025 year-to-date revenue stands at US$11.6 million (A$17.7 million). Additional shipments are scheduled for September, making Q3 2025 the company’s highest delivery quarter to date.

This momentum has been achieved across a broad customer base, spanning both defence and commercial markets, rather than being tied to a single customer program.

Market Outlook and Capacity

Elsight continues to advance discussions with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) regarding CY2026 procurement schedules. Anticipated demand is expected to cover higher annual volumes and expanded mission profiles for unmanned systems.

The company reports that its scalable manufacturing model currently supports annual revenues exceeding US$70 million, with capacity expected to grow to US$150 million in the second half of 2025. Structural factors supporting growth include increased global defence budgets, expanding use of commercial drones, and adoption by a growing base of design-win customers entering scale-up phases.

Index Inclusion

Effective 22 September 2025, Elsight will join the S&P/ASX All Ordinaries Index and the S&P/ASX All Technology Index.
