On January 16, 2025, Capybara Research published a report alleging that Quantum Computing has overstated its ties to NASA, fabricated revenues through related-party transactions, and misrepresented a manufacturing facility that Capybara claims is merely a small R&D lab as a fully operational foundry. On this news, Quantum Computing’s stock price fell $1.72 per share, or 14.89%, over the following two trading sessions. Year to date Quantum Computing stock is down approximately 68%.
