Moderna shares lower on the resignation of FDA official Peter Marks. Investors now concerned about the future for biopharma approvals after Marks raised concerns about new HHS secretary RFK Jr.'s anti-vaccine stance. Rocket companies acquiring mortgage loan processor Mr. Cooper for $9.4 billion. We're seeing shares of Rocket lower as Mr. Cooper rises. Rocket is also in the process of buying Redfin as part of the company's strategy to be a one-stop shop for home buyers and sellers. And shares of Bitcoin miner Hut 8 Mining rising on news it's teaming up with the Trump family to launch American Bitcoin Corp.
