HOUSTON & MIDLAND, Texas, April 15, 2025--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kinetik Holdings Inc. (NYSE: KNTK) ("Kinetik" or the "Company") has declared a cash dividend of $0.78 per share, or $3.12 per share on an annualized basis. The announced quarterly dividend will be paid on Friday, May 2, 2025 to shareholders of record as of market close on Friday, April 25, 2025.

Kinetik will host its first quarter 2025 results conference call on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at 8:00 am Central Daylight Time (9:00 am Eastern Daylight Time) to discuss first quarter results. The Company will issue its earnings release after market close on Wednesday, May 7, 2025.
