The location of the meeting has been changed from The Courtyard by Marriott at 65 Minthorn Blvd., Markham, Ontario L3T 7Y9 and will now be held at The Courtyard by Marriott at 7095 Woodbine Avenue, Markham, Ontario L3R 1A3.  To ensure no adverse impact to shareholders, the anticipated start time for the meeting has been delayed to 10:30 AM, Toronto time.
