Midstream

Xcel Energy

Xcel Energy Inc. (NASDAQ: XEL) confirmed a quarterly cash dividend of $0.57 per share. The dividend is payable July 20 to shareholders of record by June 13.

Service and Supply

PHINIA

Technology company PHINIA Inc. (NYSE: PHIN) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.27 per common share, payable June 16 to shareholders of record by June 2.

Halliburton

Halliburton Co. (NYSE: HAL) announced a dividend of $0.17 per share of common stock, payable June 25 to shareholders of record by June 4.

NOV

NOV Inc. (NYSE: NOV) announced a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.075 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable June 27 to each stockholder of record by June 13.
