Black Stone Minerals LP (NYSE: BSM) approved a cash distribution of $0.375 per common unit.

The distribution is payable Nov. 15 to unitholders of record by Nov. 8.

Dorchester Minerals

Dorchester Minerals LP (Nasdaq: DMLP) announced a cash distribution of $0.995 per common unit payable Nov. 7 to common unitholders of record by Oct. 28.

Freehold Royalties

Calgary, Alberta-based Freehold Royalties Ltd. (TSX: FRU) has declared a dividend of CA$0.09 (US$0.065) per common share.

The dividend will be payable Nov. 15 to shareholders of record by Oct. 31.

Liberty Energy

Liberty Energy Inc. (NYSE: LBRT) declared a cash dividend of $0.08 per share of Class A common stock, payable Dec. 20 to shareholders of record by Dec. 6.

Matador Resources

Matador Resources Co. (NYSE: MTDR) announced an increase to its quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share.

The dividend will be payable Dec. 6 to shareholders of record by Nov. 15.

The dividend represents a 25% increase from the previous rate of $0.20 per share.

Surge Energy

Calgary-based Surge Energy (TSX: SGY) confirmed a cash dividend of CA$0.0433 (US$0.031) per share, payable Nov. 15 to shareholders of record by Oct. 31.

Whitecap Resources

Calgary-based Whitecap Resources Inc. (TSX: WCP) confirmed a cash dividend of CA$0.0608 (US$0.044) per common share.

The dividend will be payable Nov. 15 to shareholders of record by Oct. 31.

Midstream

EnLink Midstream

EnLink Midstream LLC (NYSE: ENLC) announced a quarterly cash distribution of $0.1325 per common unit.

The distribution will be payable Nov. 14 to unitholders of record by Nov. 1.

Global Partners

Global Partners LP (NYSE: GLP) declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.59375 per unit on its 9.5% fixed-rate Series B preferred units.

The distribution will be payable Nov. 15 to Series B unitholders of record by Nov. 1.

Kinetik

Kinetik Holdings Inc. (NYSE: KNTK) declared an increased quarterly cash dividend of $0.78 per share, or $3.12 per share on an annualized basis.

The dividend is payable Nov. 7 to shareholders of record by Sept. 30 and represents a 4% increase to the previous quarterly dividend.

Martin Midstream Partners
