InflaRx N.V. (NASDAQ: IFRX) rose 9.7% to $2.60 in pre-market trading. Eloxx Pharmaceuticals, Inc.  (NASDAQ: ELOX) shares rose 9.6% to $1.71 in pre-market trading. Soligenix, Inc. (NASDAQ: SNGX) shares rose 7.1% to $1.06 in pre-market trading after gaining 5% on Thursday. DatChat, Inc.
