Robex Resources Inc (ASX:RXR) has provided its November 2025 construction update for the Kiniero Gold Project in Guinea, outlining ongoing development and commissioning progress as the project moves toward its first gold target in Q4 CY25. The commissioning and operations teams are now fully mobilised at site, marking a pivotal step in transitioning to operational preparation activities.

The first ore has been delivered to the run-of-mine (ROM) pad, with the mining contractor’s fleet mobilisation nearly complete. Grade control drilling across the Sabali pit has also concluded, supporting upcoming mining sequences as the project progresses toward plant feed readiness.

Processing Plant Commissioning Marks Key Milestones

Robex detailed several commissioning milestones within the processing plant. Electrical and pre-commissioning tasks are advancing in accordance with priority schedules. Pre-commissioning of the high-voltage (HV) switchgear has been finalised, with energisation planned within the week.

The communication network within the processing plant has been installed, integrated with the plant control system, and energised. The carbon-in-leach (CIL) motor control centre has also been energised, with functional testing of drives underway. CIL Train A tanks have been filled with water, preparing for load-testing of agitators and intertank screens.

In the milling area, installation and alignment of the semi-autogenous grinding (SAG) mill drive train have been completed, and the SAG mill inching drive has been energised. Commissioning of the ball mill will follow this sequence. Updated site photographs show the milling, leaching, and elution zones as of early to mid-November 2025.
