Aruma Resources Limited (ASX:AAJ) has received firm commitments for a placement to raise AUD 3.515m from sophisticated and professional investors, including AUD 115,000 in participation from directors. The placement will issue shares at AUD 0.009 per share and includes one free attaching option for every two shares subscribed.

Use of Funds
Funds from the placement will be used to advance exploration across Aruma’s key projects. This includes follow-up drilling preparation at the Fiery Creek and Bortala Copper Projects in Mt Isa, in-fill soil sampling at the Tunnel Creek area of the Saltwater Project in WA, and heavy mineral sands sampling at the Wilan Project in South Australia. The funds will also support evaluation of new project opportunities and general working capital.

Placement Structure
The placement involves up to 390,555,556 fully paid ordinary shares to be completed in two tranches. The first tranche includes issuance of 81,900,350 shares, while the second tranche includes 308,655,206 shares. Second tranche  and attaching options is conditional on shareholder approval at an upcoming General Meeting.

Chairman James Moses and director Brett Smith will participate in the placement, subscribing for a combined total of 12,777,778 shares (AUD 115,000).

The placement price represents approximately a 23.7% discount to the 15-day VWAP of AUD 0.0118 as of 10 October 2025. Attaching options have an exercise price of AUD 0.018 and an expiry date three years from the issue date.

Outlook
Commenting on the placement, the company stated: "The Placement was strongly supported and will see a number of new investors join the Aruma share register. The funds raised will strengthen the Company’s balance sheet and facilitate the continuation of targeted exploration programs across its core projects."
