WAM Global Limited (ASX:WGB) published its October 2025 investment update, reporting steady portfolio performance and maintained dividend distributions. The company’s Net Tangible Asset (NTA) per share before tax stood at 250.08 cents, up from 249.20 cents in September 2025. The total asset base reached AUD 916.7 million, with the investment portfolio recording an annualised performance of 9.7% since inception in June 2018, compared with the MSCI World Index (AUD) return of 13.9%.

As of 31 October 2025, the company’s month-end share price was AUD 2.52. The net current and deferred tax asset position for the month was 1.49 cents per share, which included 0.29 cents per share of tax assets resulting from the acquisition of investment companies and 0.05 cents per share of income tax losses available for future use.

Dividend Declarations and Shareholder Distributions

The Board declared a fully franked final dividend of 6.5 cents per share, scheduled for payment on 19 November 2025. The shares traded ex-dividend on 6 November 2025.

The total fully franked full-year dividend amounted to 17.0 cents per share, inclusive of a 4.0 cents per share special fully franked dividend. Since inception, dividends paid total 64.0 cents per share, or 91.4 cents per share when including the value of franking credits. The company’s profits reserve stood at 81.7 cents per share, while the grossed-up dividend yield was 7.4%, and the fully franked yield was 5.2%, based on the 31 October 2025 share price and FY2025 dividend.

Thermo Fisher Scientific reported 5% year-on-year revenue growth and 10% growth in earnings per share for the third quarter of 2025. MSCI Inc. announced 9% growth in organic operating revenue and 15.8% growth in adjusted earnings per share, supported by record recurring revenues in its key business lines.

WAM Global’s top 20 holdings feature companies such as Alphabet Inc. (GOOG US), Visa Inc. (V US), ASML Holding NV (ASML NA), and SAP SE (SAP GY). The portfolio maintains broad sectoral exposure, with Information Technology at 23.1%, Capital Markets at 17.4%, and Industrials at 15.2%.

Geographically, the United States accounts for 69% of portfolio exposure, followed by Germany (7.3%), Australia (5.1%), and France (4.7%), with cash holdings representing 1.1% of the total portfolio.
