Various network participation agreements: OneMarket Limited (ASX: OMN) with a market capitalisation of $153.26 million, is a retail technology network company that looks to encourage bricks-and-mortar retailers to compete more effectively in the evolving retail environment. The company was listed on ASX through a demerger of Westfield on May 31, 2018 and did not raise any capital. Further, existing Westfield shareholders hold 90 per cent stake of the business while Unibail-Rodamco/ Westfield retains remaining 10 per cent stake of the business.
Recently, the group entered into multi-year network participation agreements with Macerich Management Company, Taubman Company LLC, Easton Town Centre II, LLC, and Express LLC. The objective of these agreements is to enhance the business which will be resulting into overall growth of the company in years ahead.In order to do this, the company continues to be in active discussions with several parties to join the OneMarket network. As at 31 December 2017, the Company had $197 million in cash and cash equivalents that will be used to support the business operations.

Currently, the company is focussing to build a consumer engagement platform at the back of know its customer demand, provide location specific features, and reduce friction in physical space. Meanwhile, the stock was down by 3.59 per cent in the past two trading days and further down by 10.169 percent on June 04, 2018.This may be owing to some cost concerns on the latest agreements signed. We keep an eye on the stock and avoid any investment at the current market price of $1.325, as the group is in an early stage and awaiting further development into the business.
