Entered into power purchase agreement with Moree Solar Farm: ORG announced that it made a fifteen-year power purchase agreement for output from its Fotowatio Renewable Ventures with Moree Solar Farm, which is estimated to produce over 145 GWh of annual energy. This agreement would utilize 100% output from Fotowatio Renewable Ventures while the group would also get the 100% of the Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) under this contract.
Debt reduction: ORG achieved a $5.5 billion debt reduction in half year ended December 31, 2015 with an aim to reduce net debt to below $9 billion in FY2017.
Stock performance: The stock surged over 3.04% on March 31, 2016. In fact, Origin has been bullish since the last four weeks alone and delivered returns of 7.6% (as of March 30, 2016). ORG also has an outstanding dividend yield.
Recommendation: We remain bullish on ORG and believe that the ongoing positive momentum in the stock would continue in the coming months. Accordingly, we reiterate our “BUY” recommendation on the stock at the current price of $5.09

Syrah Resources Ltd (ASX: SYR)
SYR Details
Ongoing stock rally given the strong Balama project’s prospects: SYR stock surged over 4.4% on March 31, 2016 driven by its ongoing efforts to enhance its Balama project prospects. SYR’s Balama spherical graphite was qualified by a leading global battery material manufacturer at Korea to its automotive clients.
Agreement with Marubeni Corporation: Recently, the group made a three year Offtake Agreement with Marubeni Corporation which would buy 20,000 tonnes of flake graphite per annum for its applications in Japan and Korea.
Other Updates: SYR appointed a new General Manager for Sales and Marketing, Mr Antonio Assis who comes with more than 28 years of international sales and marketing experience.
Recommendation: Given the booming demand for Graphite, SYR is in a strong position to leverage its resources while maintaining margins. With the overall stock delivering a rally of 58.94% (as of March 30, 2016) in the last six months, we reiterate our “Buy” recommendation on the stock at the current price of $4.06
