What you need to know about this Blockchain start-up – UCOT

UCOT is a Sydney based start-up company founded by Ultimo Digital technologies (UDT) and currently led by John Baird, CEO of the company. The company has raised 4 Mn US dollar through the sale of private token to investors including CollinStar and Sapien Ventures for its blockchain-based digitised supply chain ecosystem. Ubique Chain of Things (UCOT) is a structured ecosystem merging with the latest Blockchain technology i.e., 5G telecommunication, which is designed for the next generation of smart IoT (Internet of things) platform to solve critical issues on authentication, security and interoperability across supply chain and IoT networks. It can help businesses to address challenges in terms of device validation and authorization. Additionally, it can also help to protect the grid network while eliminating reliance on centralized administration.

Moreover, the management of the company informed that Ubique Chain of things (UCT) has been listed formally on OKEX trading platform for the first time and UCOT team will announce the lock-up plan very soon. On the other hand, the company is forming partnership and gaining attraction in the market in terms of providing digital supply chain ecosystem.

As per latest update, UCOT and Go Vita have formed strategic partnership and signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to jointly build a UCOT ecosystem based on blockchain technology and fully develop traceability system. UCOT technology will ensure quality product and enhance supply chain efficiency of Go Vita. Moreover, UCOT also formed another strategic alliance with Shanghai Safe International Logistics, wherein, Shanghai Safe International Logistics will provide “one-stop integration service” to the company and UCOT will provide eco-and-traceability-systems to Safe logistic company. Currently, the company has robust business alliance with many companies such as Blockchain global, Blockshine, Techno Drugs Ltd, X-Drive, Sixth avenue, etc.

Based on foregoing development, we expect that the company will move further to do more strategic alliances which will allow it to integrate its technology into suitable businesses. Eventually, it’s been a good start to UCOT’s launch with the project to become a first supply chain management and smart IoT blockchain system, paving the path for bright future. This can be one blockchain company to be closely watched.
