·       Silverstone litigation pressure:Villa World Ltd (ASX: VLW) stock fell over 5.7% on September 01, 2016 as the group traded ex-dividend. VLW also reported that their Silverstone litigation did not lead to any resolution of the proceedings, while the negotiations are still continuing. On the other hand, the group assured investors that an agreement would be done with all parties for the resolution of the proceedings and the group expects a minimal impact of proposed settlement amount in their financial statements as at 30 June 2016.
·       Recommendation: We maintain our “Hold” Recommendation on the stock at the current price of $2.33
 
Flight Centre Travel Group Ltd


FLT Details

·       Expanding online penetration: Flight Centre Travel Group Ltd (ASX: FLT) stock fell over 4.15% on September 01, 2016. The group came out with decent results, despite challenging conditions, as their major investments have paid off. The group is improving its network to add value to its customer and offerings. Moreover, they are enhancing their geographic penetration and launched new brands, as well as entered new markets and new businesses. FLT also has a solid prospectus and estimates Online TTV for FY17 to exceed $1billion driven by the acquired StudentUniverse and BYOjet businesses. The group’s site, flightcentre.com.au enhanced leisure sales across the company's Person-To-Person (P2P) Index during the second half of 2016. The group is preparing for Aunt Betty launch in Australia and planning for expansion into large international markets where FLT does not currently have online presence.

·       Recommendation: FLT stock surged over 15.2% in the last four weeks (as of August 31, 2016) and we give a “Hold” recommendation on this dividend yield stock at the current price of $35.32
