Two stocks that fell low - Coca-Cola Amatil and Altura Mining Ltd

Coca-Cola Amatil Ltd

CCL Details
· Reiterated mid-single-digit earnings per share growth: Coca-Cola Amatil Ltd (ASX: CCL) stock fell over 6.4% on October 24, 2016 following the investor day, owing to softness in market sentiments and selling activity. The group reiterated their mid-single-digit earnings per share growth for the coming periods, disappointing investors who expected a better outlook. On the other hand, the group is on track to deliver their $100 million cost optimization target by FY16 and seeking to deliver at least $100 million in cost optimization opportunities for the coming years. The group is making a better commercial alignment with its parent company for arrangements on water and the planned introduction of incidence pricing arrangements in 2017. Moreover, CCL is making efforts to strengthen its Alcohol & Coffee segment and expanded relationships with Beam Suntory and Molson Coors.

· Recommendation: CCL stock generated over 18.8% in the last six months (as of October 21, 2016) and we maintain our “Hold” recommendation on the stock at the current price of $ 9.45

Altura Mining Ltd

AJM Details
· Partnership with Lionergy in China for Pilgangoora Lithium Project: Altura Mining Ltd (ASX: AJM) stock fell over 3.7% on October 24, 2016 at the back some volatility in the market. On the other hand, we believe the stock could recover in the coming months despite these temporary fluctuations. Recently, AJM executed a Letter of Intent (LoI) with Lionergy Limited (Lionergy) to assist the company with funding requirements for Pilgangoora Lithium Project development. Lionergy is Altura’s exclusive agent in China, while the group has an opportunity to invest in Lionergy’s lithium carbonate plant in China.

· Recommendation: We maintain a “Buy” on the stock at the current price of - $ 0.13
