Saracen Mineral Holdings Limited’s (ASX: SAR) recent drilling results confirmed the potential for extended production growth and mine life at both Carosue Dam and Thunderbox. Further, the company is on track to hit the 300kozpa production rate in the current quarter with FY18 outlook of 170koz for Carosue Dam. Notably, solid drill outcomes at Karari are also demonstrating significant growth opportunity while confirming the mineralization remains open in all directions and further results are expected to be released shortly from all three key projects. We maintain a “Buy” recommendation on the stock at the current market price of $1.13

Gold Road Resources Limited (ASX: GOR) has announced the drilling results from its prioritized A$30 million Greenfields exploration drilling campaign. The early stage bedrock results from both the high priority Ibanez and Yaffler South targets are very inspiring, and these two targets are over 100 kilometers apart, north to south, on the same strike of mineralized structures controlled by the regionally extensive Yamarna Shear Zone (200-kilometer strike length). Noteworthy results continue to be returned from YAM14, 25 kilometers to the east, where mineralization is controlled by the Dorothy Hills Shear Zone (100 kilometer identified strike length). The company has received a solid set of drill results from its drilling programmes across 100% owned North Yamarna, and 50% owned Gruyere JV and South Yamarna JV projects. Given the ongoing project developments and the strong prospects in the long term, we maintain a “Buy” recommendation on the stock at the current price of $0.67
