GSW Details
Global deals with Amazon.com Inc and Yum! Brands Inc:GetSwift Ltd (ASX: GSW) stock fell 13.9% on December 05, 2017 post a stupendous rise of about 241.27% in last three months as on December 04, 2017 and the recent drop indicates towards profit booking.
The positives on key strategic relationships seem to be already factored in and further upside looks to be limited. Particularly, GSW got a boost from the recently signed global deals with Amazon.com Inc and Yum! Brands Inc. With Yum! Brands, that operates the brands of Taco Bell, KFC, Pizza Hut, and WingStreet worldwide, GSW has signed a global multi-year partnership, from which the company estimates more than 250,000,000 deliveries annually from its platform. The initial deployments will start in the Middle East, and Asia Pac. More than 20 countries are expected to be rolled out in the first and second phase, and the company will focus on concurrent multi regional rollouts to speed up global coverage.

Moreover, GSW has signed a global master services agreement with Amazon. However, the company did not give much information about the deal. In last few months, the company had completed integrations with a number of key business partners as part of its global strategic growth plan. The group has now appointed Nevash Pillay to the Board of Directors, who has played key roles in driving strategic alliances and is expected to help GSW drive value from its new partnerships.
Given the stock run-up and anticipated growth trajectory scenario, we believe that investors can book profit. We give a “Sell” recommendation on the stock at the current price of $3.70
