Stock Recommendation: The stock posted positive 6-months and 1-year returns of ~48.86% and ~+51.74%, respectively. It is currently trading above the average 52-week low price of $16.470 and the 52-week high price of $42.780. We have valued the stock using the P/E multiple based illustrative relative valuation method and target price with a correction of low double-digit (in percentage terms). We believe that the stock might trade at a slight discount as compared to its peer median P/E (NTM trading multiple), considering the impact of global supply chain issues that is expected to continue for foreseeable future. For this purpose, we have taken peers such as City Chic Collective Ltd (ASX: CCX), Lovisa Holdings Ltd (ASX: LOV), Breville Group Ltd (ASX: BRG), to name a few. Considering the key investment risks in retailing, valuation, and current trading levels, we suggest investors to book profit and wait for a better entry level. Hence, we give a “Sell” recommendation on the stock at the current market price of $42.350, down 0.236% on 03 June 2021.
