Buddy Technologies Limited (ASX: BUD) provides the Internet of things and cloud-based technology solutions. It offers resource monitoring and analytics solution to commercial businesses. 

Latest Business Updates: Effective from August 26, 2022, BUD was removed from the official ASX listing as it had failed to pay annual listing fees. On August 23, 2022, BUD announced the resignation of its company secretary, Ms Vicky Allinson. It had appointed David McGrath and Christopher Hill of FTI Consulting as Receivers and Managers.

As announced on August 4, 2022, the Receivers had completed the sale of certain assets of BUD associated with LIFX businesses to Feit Electric Company. The company’s BUD Ohm business has become ceased to exist. However, Feit Electric will continue to aid app and platform support for existing LIFX products.
