Conclusion
The Company has reported a lower financial performance in the second quarter of the financial year 2021. Despite the higher revenue, the bottom-line performance declined. BABA needs to manage operating expenses more effectively unless it will further impact the profitability margins in the future period. The liquidity position for the period also declined, while the balance sheet remained well-positioned. At present, the Company is not able to provide any guidance of FY2021 and will continue to monitor the situation and expects to see improvement in the effect of scale and operational efficiencies. The stock made a 52-week low and high of USD 169.95 and USD 319.32, respectively.
Based on the factors as highlighted above, we believe the stock of Alibaba Group Holding Ltd is “Expensive” at the closing price of USD 243.46 (as on 15 January 2021), with support from few catalysts needs to be evaluated at a later stage such as improvement in trading after easing in lockdown restrictions.

Conclusion
The Company has shown a significant decline in financial performance in the third quarter and nine months period of the financial year 2020. Both the top-line and the bottom-line performance declined, while profitability remained in the negative zone. IGT operations were significantly impacted by the outbreak of covid-19 pandemic and have been focusing on strengthening its balance sheet and return with capital discipline. Presently, the Company is trading near a 52-week high, raising doubts at its upside potential at the current price point. The stock made a 52-week low and high of USD 3.59 and USD 18.93, respectively.
Based on the factors as highlighted above, we believe the stock of International Game Technology Plc is “Expensive” at the closing price of USD 17.95 (as on 15 January 2021), with support from few catalysts needs to be evaluated at a later stage such as improvement in trading after easing in lockdown restrictions.
