Revenue and EBITDA growth of 26% and 20% in 1H 2018: Job classifieds group, SEEK Limited (ASX: SEK) stock rose 1.9% on February 19, 2018 after the company posted revenue and EBITDA growth of 26% and 20% for 1H 2018. Moreover, for FY 18, SEK has confirmed the revenue growth and reported NPAT projection to be at upper end of the previous guidance. The company has upgraded the EBITDA growth guidance for FY 18, and now expects this to be in the range of 14% to 15%. On the other hand, there has been a slow recovery in its Brazil business as opposed to China’s performance. SEK stock has risen 8.12% in three months as on February 16, 2018 and is trading at a high level. We have an “Expensive” recommendation on the stock at the current price of $20.50

DHG’s pro forma costs are expected to increase in FY 18: Domain Holdings Australia Ltd (ASX: DHG) stock rose 4.51% on February 19, 2018 after the company reported 12.5% growth in the revenue to $183.3 million for 1H 2018. However, net profit declined 8.1% to $24.7 million for the period. Additionally, for FY18, DHG’s pro forma costs are expected to increase around 12% to 13% from FY17’s pro forma costs of $216 million. Meanwhile, DHG stock has fallen 13.55% in one month as on February 16, 2018. An interim dividend of 4 cents per share (30% franked) will be paid in March 2018 to shareholders registered on 26 February 2018. Based on the foregoing and a view on costs, we give an “Expensive” recommendation on the stock at the current price of $3.00
