Australian Finance Group Limited (ASX: AFG) is a consumer lending company that is engaged in the mortgage origination and lending business. The company runs its business from two segments: Aggregation, AFG Home Loans (AFGHL), and others.

2.3 Business Strategy: AFG's diversified business model is based on the growth of broker market share across the number of asset classes and the expansion of upstream lending, whether it be direct, white label, or investment lending, to increase margins.

2.4 Dividend History: AFG shows a clear track record of paying dividends in each financial year. The company issued a fully franked final dividend of 9.6 cents per share in FY22, showing a growth of 30% compared to FY21.
