DXN Limited (ASX:DXN) has announced a major new contract with DP World Australia, securing a $2 million agreement to design, manufacture, and deliver two prefabricated modular data centres. The deal marks DXN’s entry into a new partnership with the global logistics giant.

The contract, revealed on Monday, will see DXN provide fully integrated data centre solutions to DP World’s operations in Port Botany, New South Wales, with delivery scheduled for Q3 of the 2025 calendar year. Each unit will include end-to-end services such as design, engineering, prefabrication, fit-out, and backup systems.

DXN shares surged 16.7% to trade at 3.7 cents in Monday morning trading.

“This is a significant milestone for DXN,” the company said in a statement, noting that the deal reinforces its role as a trusted Australian provider of modular data centre infrastructure and its expansion into critical logistics and transport environments.

The win comes at a time of growing demand for edge-ready and on-premises data processing solutions, particularly within AI and logistics, sectors that require resilient, scalable, and secure infrastructure.

DP World is one of the largest global trade and logistics organisations, and DXN’s engagement with them is expected to unlock further opportunities in port and transport-linked digital infrastructure projects.
