A lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina on behalf of investors who purchased or acquired the securities of Net Power between June 9, 2023 and March 7, 2025, inclusive, alleging violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 against the Company and certain of its senior officers.
