Refer and Earn Program – Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the Kalkine "Refer & Earn" program, effective as of July 2025. Participation in this program constitutes acceptance of the following:

1. Eligibility

• This referral program is open to both free and paid users of Kalkine.
• Everyone is eligible to participate and get rewarded.
• Referrer must have a registered Kalkine account.

2. Definitions

• Referrer: A Kalkine user who shares their unique referral link.
• Referee: A new user who signs up using the Referrer’s link, completes OTP verification, and/or engages with Kalkine through a first qualifying subscription or purchase.

3. Referral Conditions

• The Referee must be a new user—i.e., not an existing or previous Kalkine subscriber.
• The Referee must complete OTP verification and/or subscribe or make first qualifying product purchase on the Kalkine platform.
• The Referrer earns:
  • 20 points upon successful OTP-verified sign-up by the Referee
  • 100 points upon the Referee completing first qualifying subscription or purchase
• 1 point = AUD $1, redeemable on website purchases via the user’s Kalkine account.
• Points are non-transferable & non-refundable after redemption.
• Users can redeem max 100 points on purchase of every $300. For example, if you are purchasing a product of $900, you can redeem max 300 points.

4. Reward Disbursement

• Points are credited automatically to the user's account after each verified milestone.
• Credit points and redemption  can be managed via the user’s Kalkine account dashboard.

5. Consent & Validity

• By sharing a referral link, the Referrer confirms they have the consent of the Referee to share and use their referral link.
• Referee’s mobile number and email ID must match at the time of sign-up and transaction for reward validation.

6. Fair Use & Integrity

• Referrals must be genuine. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or suspicious activity will disqualify rewards.
• Kalkine reserves the right to withhold or revoke rewards if fraudulent or non-compliant behavior is detected.

7. Program Changes

• Kalkine may amend, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
• All decisions made by Kalkine management regarding eligibility and rewards are final and binding.
