IOOF Holdings and Technology One are moving down

IOOF Holdings Limited

IFL Details
  • Weak guidance: The shares of IOOF Holdings Limited (ASX: IFL) plunged over 7.6% on May 18, 2016 impacted by the group’s weak guidance. IFL reported that its revenues for the second half of the 2016 would be heavily impacted by equity market devaluations which would pose pressure on their Funds under Management, Advice and Administration (FUMA). The group’s gross margins on underlying FUMA are forecasted to remain similar to the first half of the 2016 financial year. Even operating costs are forecasted to be maintained as the first half of the 2016.
  • Recommendation: We recommend a “Hold” on the stock at the current price of $8.30
